While the city is still waking up, fresh pork bones are already gently simmering in our kitchen. For at least eight hours we patiently craft the rich, creamy tonkotsu broth that has become the heart of every bowl we serve.

Yes — our Vegan Ramen is 100% plant-based, no animal products: a creamy tonkotsu-style vegetable broth finished with black garlic oil. It's on the menu under Ramen at $16.99, so you can order it online or in-store.
Every bowl takes add-ons: cha-shu, egg, corn, bamboo shoot, black fungus, shiitake, naruto, mussel, shrimp, squid and fish cakes. Pick them when you add the bowl to your cart.
In the dining room, yes — Sapporo and Tsing-Tao on the beer list, plus sake and five flavours of soju. Drinks are served in-store only and aren't part of online ordering.
Yes — every food photo is taken straight from our own printed menu, so the bowl you see is the bowl you get. The canned drinks use the standard product pictures for those brands.
